Introducing.....

Clean Colour DYEING Technology

At Moke, we’re constantly striving to improve our processes, and our latest partnership is truly a game-changer! The textile industry is known for its environmental challenges, contributing significant waste and pollution. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce the use of Clean Colour technology, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional methods.

This innovative process allows us to produce clothing with a significantly lower environmental impact. By saving water, reducing emissions, and conserving electricity, we’re making strides toward a more sustainable future. But how does this revolutionary fabric come to life?

DYE CARRIER

Water is not used to carry the dye into the fabric. A different material is employed which is completely recovered after dyeing and reused for the next batch

Temperature

Clean Colour technology works at a temperature 20°C lower than the traditional method, reducing evaporation and energy consumption.

DYE

In this process, the fabric retains 95% of the dye, compared to 75% in traditional methods. No salt is needed to fix the dye, leading to shorter rinsing times.

Short Cycle

Process time decreases by 50%, reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
